STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Accepted Payment Methods

2. Pricing and Currency

  • Clients who fail to settle payment may be restricted from future bookings.

5. Cancellations, Refunds, and No-Shows

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in:

    • Loss of deposit, or
    • A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost
  • Payments for completed services are non-refundable.
  • Refunds for prepaid services, packages, or events are subject to management approval and may be issued as store credit.

6. Membership and Package Payments

  • Memberships and service packages must be paid in accordance with the selected plan (monthly or upfront).
  • Membership fees are non-refundable once billed.
  • Unused services within a membership or package may expire based on the terms provided at purchase.

7. Late or Failed Payments

  • For recurring payments (e.g., memberships), failure to process payment may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
  • Body Balance Esthetics reserves the right to cancel memberships for repeated failed payments.

8. Promotions and Discounts

  • Promotional offers, discounts, and packages are subject to specific terms and validity periods.
  • Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

  • Clients agree to contact Body Balance Esthetics directly to resolve any payment issues before initiating a chargeback.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and recovery actions.

10. Security of Payments

  • All online payments are processed through secure, trusted payment providers.
  • Body Balance Esthetics does not store sensitive payment details beyond what is necessary for transaction processing.

11. Amendments

  • Body Balance Esthetics reserves the right to update or modify these Payment Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
